Scrutineers can't possibly know every rule for every class. If you are absolutely sure that someone is running a set-up that is outside of the regulations, you have to protest. At the end of the day, provided you are sure of your facts, it will cost you nothing, only the time and effort to put in the protest.

To be honest, Tal-Ko can't win. Had they stipulated that Caster/Camber is allowed, all those with TKM Chassis would be moaning. Had they banned Torsion Bars completely, nobody would bother using the CIK Chassis. This is the problem with changing the rules of a class that has been established for so long.
