Quite correct, under EU law they cannot prevent a driver or official from attending and officiating at non MSA events.
They are however, perfectly entitled to prevent them from displaying MSA regalia and badges etc at such events.
John's probably correct when he says the MSA have got it wrong if people prefer non MSA racing but it's SO wrong that it is impossible to correct the problem.
There's nothing wrong with non MSA racing and the running of these meetings is usually as good and sometimes better than an MSA event because rigid restrictions don't hamper sensible decisions.
A good clear out of regulations and a simplification of karting would be beneficial.
What's wrong with karting?
Give me a call Mr G Robinson.
