It is best to use a flywheel holder when undoing the nut to ensure that the crankshaft is not twisted out of true. Removal & replacement of the seal is really just the same as the sprocket side. Just insert the blade of the screwdriver between the lip and crank then twist & lever outwards to hook it out. Remember to clean the grease off the crank tapers before refitting the sprocket & flywheel.
