If you want bearings to last longer than 5 minutes, they need grease in them , not a sprayed lubricant. I would loosen one bearings axle grub screws, then feel the lateral play in the bearing still fixed to the axle. Then tighten that bearing and loosen the other (when both bearings are clamped to the axle, its possible with a bit of pre-load for the play to be eliminated even if they are badly worn). If its more than 0.75mm then replace the bearing.
