How can it be a level playing field if the quality of fuel is variable?

We are paying for consistant standards of fuel for each competitor. The muck I've seen in one can was terible.

When paying a higher price for control fuel, I'd expect rigorous quality standards for the fuel, containers and method of filling them. Any contamination of control racing fuel is concerning for all competitors.
