evxx?? Im assuming you do mean 130mm from each bearing! If i do that to my kart it would give me approx 1380mm overall on the rear axle. Maybe worth going out 5mm each side and testing. My kart likes 142mm hub to bearing, But you need to understand that different Rims have their own offsets. I found this with the otk mustard coloured rims and some greyish/silver otk semi mags. I wasnt aware they would be any different ...but they are, so bear that in mind.
Try front bar at about 45 degrees to soften the chassis and have side pods, rear bumper etc loose.
Every kart is different, and the above works best for me....Yours maybe undrivable!
