All sealing agents are bound by their sealing agreement not to charge more than Ł70+vat,labour, for a full rebuild (Ł50+vat for a top end rebuild).
Any parts required are to be charged at not more than Zip`s Comer parts price list. Expect around Ł100+vat for a top end, or around Ł170+vat for a full build.
