Can I ask why you are asking this question regarding idle mixture settings?
The way to set it as far as I have been told is:-
1) disconnect the throttle cable
2) Adjust idle speed to around 1700 rpm using the low mixture screw
3) set idle speed (2500rpm) on pedal stop
and that's it for the day.
I am led to believe that if you are running hot you can control the temp by richening the low mixture.
Regards
Dave
