The Rear Bumper is NOT used in compression nor tension and is BENT LIKE A F****** BANANA. It is NOT 'cross-bracinG' ANYTHING.....
But...... give me STRENGTH...... I have suggested a way that you can TEST your 'throry' and thus PROVGE ME WRONG using nothing more complicated than a few LIGHT WEIGHT kitchen weights or a simple 'spring weight gauge'. In line with many other of you simnply AMAZING theories, I assume that you WON'T take the trouble to TEST the theory as you clearly PREFER to remain ignorant of the FACTS!
