Got a problem i cant fathomm. Our Jnr rotax carb, 12.5, refuses to respond to any change to the idle screw or main jet screw. RPM was too low and wouldnt tick over, only way we could achieve this was to take some slack out the accelerator cable. Kart is running v smokey - will rev to 13,500 IF you are gentle on the throttle, if you mash it, it bogs down at 6-7000rpm badly. I have changed jet to a leaner one - 152 - and run on clip setting 1, leanest - still smokey - oil/fuel is millers at 50:1 accurate super plus unleaded. Denso Iridium IW27 plug, battery fully charged. Whats wrong???? see here for a better idea .
