Yes Battery at 12.11 is way to low as the ignition will start shutting down at about 12.5. Check fully charged and also give the battery a jolt on a block of wood and check again and if low the battery is failing.
You must keep batteries charged not flat or the do alot of damage to the insides.
If you found it at 12.11 then after a start it will be way lower than that .
