Another thing to remember, although not in Cadet but Rotax, If the meeting is 'Open' and you have elected to turn the air box and run wets but change your mind at the last moment to slicks the air box must be returned to the normal 'Dry' position when using the slicks.
Oh and to clarify it is a minimum of 2mm at the start not post race scruit where they can be devoid of all ot their tread.
