If you can signifinatly reduce the lateral grip to get turned in without locking the wheels, why would you bother locking the wheels and reducing the brake perfomance?

I know I keep harping on about data, and probably ought to get a data-key for my Mychron, but I still think the quick boys are doing all this without stopping the back wheels from turning.
