Use brake grease on the seals to stop them sticking.It is easy to get and what brakes guys use but not that known to stop sticking. Do not over fill the resivor so that it can allow the fluid to expand. if the seal had twisted the it was when it was put in I would think and not lubed when done. Use the brake grease and it is fine with all brake fluid.
