paulgarnertkm i dont have a storm nor intend getting one but i fully suport what you are doing, as consumers, wether we are buying a sandwich or a bently whatever it costs its our money, the salesman was happy to give you there time when taking your money and should give you the same degree of attention (if not more) when there is a problem, no matter how small there profit margin, very best of luck
