And they wonder why when some kids go to juniors they drive like animals! Kids get fed up of been 'taken out' by the same folk and in the end they retaliate and so the cycle gets fuelled.
Bad behaviour on and off the track from adults and children is not stamped on, BUT clubs are restricted by the number of people they have around to police things.
Same I am afraid in most sports
