for me the big difference between well organised clubs and not so organised ones is simple....track time!!!....

...places like 3 sisters always seem to run on time, marshals are very good dealing with incidents, the tanoy gets you to the grid on time and informs parents where to pick up their kids when theyve stopped on track, the ambulance is quick to deal with incidents, scrutineering is run efficiently, the track keeps you informed of the days proceeding and any changes. oh yeh and good facilities like clean toilets and a club house really help. its all the small things that add up.

on the other hand other clubs tend to loose time over fist, which results in having less laps on the track...
