Cadet Corner Weighting

My son starts his first year next year in a Zip Chassis, he will be needing to carry approx 15 kilos of lead to reach the required 99 kilos.

Question is, would it be worth getting it corner weighted and if so is there anywhere i can take the kart and Lewis to be set up?

Preferably in the north west (wigan)
