Putting it on a website does not make it legal with the MSA, a club needs a KTE to change the published regulations and it either appears in their approved SRs, championship regulations or by bulletin after all entrants have signed to agree. Only one club actually applied for a KTE and it was irrelevant as their first meeting is not until March.
