Not just about the driver being a nice guy/girl. I would be looking for other aspects too, how well do they ineract with the team, well presented, fitness, ability to listen to instructions, interpretation of the data, consistency as well as outright pace, pushyness of parents...i'm sure there are many others. Yes, 500 is a lot for a day of karting, but when you break down what you are getting, I think it's good value. Steve's a good bloke and will do everything professionally.
