Very intersting point. Some clubs keep on introducing new kart classes to attempt generate more monies which is understanding from a business point of view. This unfortunately is always at the expence of other race classes with an overall result of reducing practice and race times, thus making it not cost effective to go racing.
I believe it's about time that all clubs nationally should set and give a 'minimum guarenteed' fixed practice and race track times for 'race days' to give competitors best value for money. The only exception to this rule would be to allow for accidents or poor light etc which be permitted to reduce laps or overall times.
