Think junior max engine, badly needing a rebuild, geared down to achieve maybe around 11000rpm only, on a heavy (birel) "corporate" chassis with crap, hard tyres.

Performance will be well well under a minimax. It may beat a corporate prokart, but probably not a race prokart in terms of equivalent performance.

But then again you get what you pay for!!
