First let’s deal with some definitions;

Chassis Bent
Which means that your chassis is permanently deformed and therefore would not be as your chassis manufacturer designed it

Chassis Twisting
A kart chassis is designed to twist and does so each time you turn the steering wheel, but when running straight ahead the chassis geometry will be as your kart manufacturer designed it

Now to answer your question, you ask is it worth getting your chassis geometry checked?
If you want your chassis to perform as your kart manufacturer designed it – then YES
