first off make sure your trying to undoo it the right way.....should be anti clockwise....then go on to a karting shop and buy a piston stop tool, it screws into where the sparkplug should go, and stops the piston from moving, you will be able to crack the nut right off!

i had exactly the same problem when i first had my clutched motors.
