I don't see it as punishing the innocent. In my view it isn't a punishment at all. I'm simply saying, to ALL the drivers, BEFORE the event, that they have a collective responsibility to get round the first corner/lap without incident. If they can't do it, I'll move onto the next race.

Your solution is essentially what we have now, but with a camera, and is no different to what we have in Super 1. It clearly isn't working. My solution takes away ANY possible advantage gained from loading up and would take all of one heat to get the message through to them.
