Hi, If one of the springs has snapped the easiest way to replace it in my experience is to take off the circlips (carefully), remove the washers and then prise the shoes off the pins using a flat head screwdriver. Once off the pins reassemble the shoes and springs on a flat surface and then carefully place them back on the pins. It is a tight fit but once back on the pins gently tap the shoes home, replace the washers and circlips. Clean your clutch drum and replace. Hope this helps.
