Phil, We are at Wigan end of this month, then Rowrah next club meet, then the O plate at Rowrah, if you're there I'd happily strip and re-build it for a cup of tea :-)

Otherwise, save any confusion replace your current paddle and needle so you know the items are new and standard....

The problem with the paddle is unless you have owned the carb from new, and you havent given it to A.N.Other person to use/re-build, its unknown as to whether the paddle has been adjusted, ie; two arms bent up/down and/or rear square flap to the back....

With the carb upside down the std factory setting is 3mm ie; the arms should look parallel to the carb body ( with the gasket on )

Hope thats not to confusing.
