I was very tiny 10 years old & my dad put a 100cc motor on my cadet chassis, everything always felt slow after that...wonder if anyones has ever done that before :D

get her started out in a hire kart afew times & if she likes it... then I dont see any problem with just running the tkm with the throttle stop set so you dont get anywhere near full throttle, as she gets more confident just wind it in more.
