Paul - I reckon 45.5(ish) millilitres oil to a gallon will seize a Max pretty much instantly.(Petrol: oil ratio of 100:1)
Correct oil ratio is 50 petrol to 1 oil
= 5 litres petrol to 100 ml of oil
If you need it in ml per gallons
One gallon 4.55 litres
100ml /5 x 4.55 = 90.8 ml to the gallon

Definitely not 45.5 ml per gal.
Sorry but we need to be careful to get that sort of advice right on the forum.
