Thanks for all the feedback guys, certainly a couple of things to look at.

a couple of things:

Reference the jetting, again bear in mind i'm a relative newbie, we were running a 162 jet. What does running a 160 or a 158 jet for that matter actually impact in terms of engine performance?

Also if a top end rebuild is needed would that not have become more noticeable over a few meetings rather than literally great revs last month, poor this month? what are the tell tail signs to be aware of?
