The end can (holes pointing down & to the rear), the exhaust wrap and the fin rubbers were introduced by TalKo to comply with MSA noise requirements. Aside from these, keeping engine running in the pits to a minimum is the only extra measure that can be taken. If your local track's planning permission requires MSA noise levels then the above will suffice. No pleasing the NIMBY's though !
