Errrrrr.......

Those of us who were at Rye House when Alan Gates was running a works TKM (International) at over TWENTY thousand RPM (21000 was quoted) would be just a LITTLE surprised to hear that 'Rotax' introduced us to high revs ...... they hadn't even DREAMT about karting at that stage. 'High' revs preceded Rotax by YEARS! Nice 100cc motors but nothing exactly revolutionary about them!
