The problem is how much of the big budgets actually filter through to a club or track. Not that much!

My proposal is that teams running drivers should also have to pay an entry fee per driver on top of the normal entry fee.

Think about it. Where in the land can you setup an awning and undertake your business activity and not pay anything to the provider of the land. Most teams can setup on Wednesday/Thursday prior to a weekend so get the pick of the best and free pit bays aswell.

The clubs could keep the ever increasing entry fees down for the club drivers if they got their fair share from the teams.
