When I win the lottery I'm going to book all the bays in the front paddock and put my 3x3 pop-up in the centre and park my caravan in the bay next to it.....

EVERYONE ELSE can then go into the back...

OR I'LL SUB LET YOU A BAY FOR Ł3,000 / Hour.....

Nothing in their regs saying you can't sub-let once you've book a yearly pitch....
