Put simply. Sure, if I had that kind of money, my kid would be on track every other weekend, yes, he'd have new tyres every meeting, but he'd still practice on old tyres, if practice days are wet he'd still be slung out on slicks, no I wouldn't be buying new chassis every 6 meetings, because 90% of karting talk is B0LL0CK5!
I learned to drive in the wet on slick tyres, as a result, I like to think I'm pretty good in the wet!
I'd love to see the best of Rotax, TKM, KF, KZ, Superkarts, 4 strokes etc all lobbed on completely alien equipment to them along with a couple of low budget club guys on a neutral circuit and left to scrap it out. Bet we'd get a few surprises then
