It's not just going slower, it's being less equal. The lower the power, the more small diffrences in engines are highlighted. It's not complicated, less power equals more time on full throttle and less time on the brakes and part throttle. Thus the racing becomes more like drag racing, with driver imput taking a back seat.

As for the IAME engines being equal, yeah right. The only reason they work in Easykart is you can't parts select. As previously mentioned they are super sensitive to temperature changes and those who get the jetting right in advance will romp away.
