Give Talko a call - or any of the TKM engine builders. Talko also give pretty detailed instructions for the necessary machining on their website I think. If I were to do it for someone it would be about Ł100, and probably another Ł50 if you wanted it buretted and the squish clearance checked. And it wouldn't be as good as if you went to someone that builds TKMs all the time, because I don't.
