I expect it is normal that you get a fair number of the more durable parts for a marque like OTK coming up for sale. There are so many of them about and some will inevitably suffer a bent or cracked frame. New or good used frames are expensive, so an owner might break the kart to recover value without spending on another frame, or part ex it to a trader who will do the same.
