I raced MSA for 4 years and really enjoyed it, The MSA tell me i now need a medical EVERY year as i am over 45 (at Ł95 a go) !! Why do i need this ? i can drive a car, bus, truck untill i'm 75 with no more medicals. I was once told that i couldn't race with the gloves i had because there was a hole in the side of one of the fingers so i had to buy a new pair there and then. This year i've raced NON MSA at Hooton Park and we are getting 28 on the grid for TKM ! The racing is cleaner, the atmosphere is so much more relaxed and the grids are getting bigger....
The MSA have thrown to many spanners in the works and people are going NON MSA. Also Tal-ko bringing out new wets "because cadets coming up cant handle karts with little grip in the wet" What a joke, more expense for the guys who race in MSA.
