Ok thankyou very much! I understand that now :) Thankyou! I assume the 12 and 76 mean the number of teeth on the cogs? (Where the chain clings on to..) Is that right?

Also, am I right in saying that you don't want the chain tension to be overly tight and also you don't want it loose.. So something in between would suffice correct? :)

Thankyou very much though, I have a better understanding now! :)
