I don't think MS is the KG man!
Interesting figures.
Although the jets all measured a long way from their actual stamped size that doesn't matter so long as they increase in size linearly. There were no overlaps in actual size to stamped size apart from one marked 158 jet measured 167 and so did a 160 marked jet! So in that case if you changed jets there would be no real change in settings. The max actual size variation was 2 points which confrims the above. The flow rates throw the thing out again, but there are no overlaps in flow rates from one jet to the next - all increase in flow rate with jet size.
So the summary is a std set of jets should increase in actual size and flow rate in the order they are marked, but same jet marking to same jet marking will vary but not overlap the next! This will mean the line on the graph will not be smooth - a jet change might not have as much difference to engine running as the next jet change - but there will be a difference. Again the actual jet size doesn't matter although it could be a long way out from that measured.

The different flow rates for the same jet size as measured might be accounted by the fact that the jets were measured with round pin guages and the holes were oval??

Either way having a bunch of same marked jets in the same pot (as I do)is not much use; separate them as sets and keep them separate, otherwise which ever way you work each time you pick one out from a bunch together you are in a raffle!!
