most Clerks are under pressure from the CLUBS not to be too iron fisted and enforce rules to the letter claiming it effects their meeting numbers and where does that pressure on the clubs come from.....its members....it’s a double edged sword all round. The whole of the IKR being is in its infancy and seems to be gathering at pace with more circuits/owners considering IKR to supplement their income………..how long will it be before we see IKR Clerks and scruts and also teams and traders at IKR meetings…..not long…..now I have seen that one from before….. only it’s just slipped my mind….!
