Rotaxvet, if you are looking for constructive feedback to improve the customer experience the three main areas I think need some consideration would be:-

1. Provide a way of using the all of the empty pit spaces in the main pits for visiting drivers rather having have loads of empty spaces that are off limits because someone has reserved them, the Willows paddock area was ridiculously over crowded whilst the main pits were 30% empty or used for simply parking cars.

2. The Tanoy system is totally incomprehensible in the Willows paddock, you might as well have been announcing flight delays at Stansted for the amount of use they were yesterday.

3. I completely understand that time is tight but we got 3 x 6 minute heats that meant 10 laps and then an 8 lap final, this is not great value for money in the current market. As a suggestion maybe when the numbers are that large (as they often are at Kim) either only have two longer heats plus a longer final or use timed qualifying. At Whilton last month we got 3 x 13 lap heats and a 21 lap final, that’s 50% more track time for the same £55 entry fee.

We love the circuit and I think it is very professionally run in many circumstances compared to others however there are a few things that would make the overall racing experience better and further encourage people to visit.
