1) Sneak into the bathroom.
2) steal Mum's/G-Friend's/Sister's/Wife's set of bathroom scales.... WHEN SHE IS NOT LOOKING!
3) Take them to the 'garage'
4) put a CLEAN rag/cloth/sheet of STRONG paper on the scales
5) Stand the kart on its REAR bumper
6) Put the kart on the scales......

You now have the weight....

.....sneak the scales back to the bathroom..... CLEAN!

Scales are really PART of karting kit. Buy cheap ones from Aldi/Lidl/Argos/Tesco/Asda. Tesco sell digital ones for Ł10. Ideally buy 4.... the cheapest are only Ł3.96p. That's less t3han Ł16 for 4......
