I don't know the engine in detail but I assume it's a centrifugal clutch. That means that the engine has to run for the clutch to spin out and bite on the clutch drum. Therefore any pushing you do won't help because all that will happen is the clutch drum will spin around the clutch block. You, unfortunately, need the engine revs to make the clutch turn and grip (spin out) onto the clutch drum. TKM's are direct drive (no clutch)from the rear sprocket to the crank...so they can do it with a bump start.

You will of course get fit pushing your kart but I'm afraid it won't start.
