Yes,
All other things being in correct order, the slipping might well be due to oil contamination. If this is the case the only two sources I can think of would be chain lubricant, or a defective crankshaft seal: it would be worth checking the seal, it's an easy job.
We run TKM with a V-clutch and use chain wax applied on the inner run of the chain: very little fling-off over a whole meeting and no clutch slip.
