Andy99 - not expressing an opinion necessarily one way or the other, but to be clear, at the first Rotax/Honda round of S1, all drivers were asked to vote on standing starts.

The vote was overwhelmingly in favour, except (I think) in seniors, who did rolling starts for the first heat or maybe two, then went straight to John Hoyle to ask if they could also do it.

I don't want to get into the debate on if it's right or not (because it's getting boring now), but just to correct the point about voting for it, because it is quite important.
