DSG are fairly safe naming the person as they are certain about who is at fault and unlikely to be sued. Tal ko have no evidence other then DSG's word so for them to name a builder would be risky.
Talk of sealing engines and giving a monopoly to any one builder would be a huge backwards step imo. Sealing achieves nothing, TKM is one of the most equal classes in terms of engine performance. Rotax are nowehere near.
This situation is unfortunate but the good thing is that the builder's reputation will take a big hit and that will be a warning to others thinking of doing the same. Well done to the scrutineers for spotting it and to Tal ko for coming out publically and dealing with the issue.
