Just to pitch in here - I've really struggled with fitting our last three sets of Mojo D1's - way too much gap round bead to seat properly onto OTK half Mags. In the end I've had to take the valve core out and use my mates repair garage compressor to get them on with a LOT of manipulation and swearing! I didn't have this problem with many sets of Mojos until recently, so I reckon its a batch/manufacturing issue.
