Thanks Team Poor. Haven't been over 60 psi so hopefully haven't damaged the structure of these tyres? Have spoken to Jag-Rotax today who have been very helpful. I now believe I've been fortunate in how previously mounted sets have seated. It appears a gap between bead and rim is not unusual,although it's the first I've seen. Security bolts are fine and tyres are running true so will run them at the weekend. Would be interested to hear if others think later batches are more "awkward" though. Many thanks. Richard.
